Short-term therapy

Focused work on a specific difficulty. When therapy is effective, many people begin to experience change relatively early on.

Longer-term therapy

Open-ended work for deeper or long-standing patterns, at a pace that suits you.

My work draws from a range of psychological approaches — alongside traditional talking therapy, I integrate practices that work with the body as well as the mind.

Understanding how early experiences and relationships shape the present, so old patterns lose their grip.

Using the therapeutic relationship itself as a place to understand and change how you relate to others.

Integrative

Drawing flexibly on different models — the approach adapts to you, not the other way around.

Somatic & Eastern practices

Where appropriate, I integrate somatic work and Kundalini-informed practices that are effective for healing the nervous system.
